SINBON may not accept any of the following circumstances:
  • ・Failure to provide information in accordance with the preceding paragraph.
  • ・The content of the report involves malicious attacks, hypocrisy, no specific content, and non-violation of laws and regulations
  • ・The reported case of the same counterparty has been verified by SINBON or the case has been closed.

You may not disclose any or part of information provided by SINBON. Unless otherwise required by law, you may not file a lawsuit using the correspondence between you and SINBON.
